What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? Our partnership began in March 2021, and it’s still ongoing as they continue to provide services on a retainer basis. We also saw their previous projects, and they seemed very capable of delivering high-quality work. Furthermore, they were affordable and open to giving us several options. After our first meeting with them, they seemed excited about the project and had the necessary expertise we needed to build our website. We found out about them through a referral. We mainly work with two people - specifically, the co-founders of Sync Labs. The form is linked to my email, which is where we respond to their inquiries.įor the logo, we’ve given them a brief about what the company is all about, and they’ve come up with about 60 options that we can use for our organization we’ve chosen the one we thought was closest to e-commerce. Since it's a cross-border, e-commerce website, we wanted to have multiple languages, and they’ve helped us build that as well. They’ve helped build features and create content to make the website user-friendly and customizable. We also had no idea how I wanted the website to look, so it was thoughtful of them to become a part of the entire process - a lot of inputs actually came from them. To start off the project, we held a few discovery sessions to define the scope of work in detail. Sync Labs has helped us develop our website from scratch. The quality of visual content design for social media communication was excellent The team created the templates and content structure and then worked with me for my inputs rapidly translating them into the final copy. The content development process was smooth. I was very particular about how I wanted to communicate the core platform provision and the team worked with me very closely translating what I had in mind into real artefacts.
